Ronin is a rogue-like souls game in which you play the role of a Japanese soldier that must avenge the horrific events the unfolding while you were gone to war.

My Contributions

  • Used UE4 blueprint system and animation blueprints to create a souls-like combat system and gameplay elements.

  • Developed spline tool for AI patrol paths to provide more control over how AI moves around the world.

  • Developed rain particle effects and water shaders to add some life and diversity to the game environment.

  • Created cinematic sequences using level sequence tools and techniques in the UE4 engine.
